"Just a heads up if you are doing a United/Swiss code share flight. If its a United flight number operated by Swiss, Swiss won't pre-assign seats even if clients are willing to pay the seat fee.  I have both record locators and have talked…"

"Is your service fee for issuing airline tickets or because you want to charge for your time in dealing with potential clients.  I know that there are many that charge upfront a fee but in my opinion unless you have an expertise that is unique,…"

Preston McKinney MCC replied to Misty Bellet's discussion Turks and Caicos passport question
"It is common practice with most countries that your passport has to have more than 6 months before expiration. As a common practice, I always renew my passport 6 to 8 months before expiration just to be safe and I recommend the same to our clients."

Service Fee? How Do You Set It Up?

Greetings! I would really appreciate some input on this.... I am seriously looking at charging a service fee as I have recently wasted more time than I care to admit with a bunch of clients (both new & old). I am wondering how it is working for others who do so and how they set up charging the fee? I was thinking about setting up a PayPal acct to accept fees and is curious what else might be more efficient? Seems like having someone send me a check is not time efficient. Also, was wondering if folks refund fee when client books or whether or not it is a straight up service fee. Thank you!!!See More
