CENTRAV Air Consolidator problem

I have been using Centrav for the last few years with success as a air consolidator. Never had any major problems or issues for them to deal with.Today I called them because I have clients booked on Delta & Air France to Italy next week on September 22nd with Transatlantic flights operated by Delta and the Paris to Florence flight operated by Air France on the 23rd. Originally I wasn't to concerned with the pilot strike with regards to this booking but when the strike was extended to September 26th and Air France allowed changes and cancellations to be made I called Centrav right away to have my clients tickets changed to a different carrier.Request was approved in the afternoon to change ticket to KLM by one of Centrav's representatives. After I had talked to my clients and the approved the change I called back and asked to have tickets changed to the new ones already recorded in the system. A different representative told me that it will be done and they will send me an e-mail…See More

"Generic answer...if it is a different airline for the outbound and a different airline for the return, I issue two tickets. I don't want the issues if the ticket needs to be reissued, or whatever.  That's how I do it 99 percent of the…"

"Even with Journese the reimbursement is 100%, but it becomes a voucher/cash reimbursement of 100% for non-covered reasons.  So, within this thread it appears that Apple, Funjet and TI are three tour operators that offer a 100% "cash"…"

Acknowledgement of Hotel Policies

I have booked clients into a section of a hotel that prohibits anyone under the age of 18.  I have made this policy clear to these clients but suspect they may be thinking of bringing a teen (younger than 18) with them.  I am looking for a letter or form that I can send them to sign stating they understand the policy, to protect myself in case they do try to slip a younger kid in with them and get caught.Has anyone ever dealt with something like this and, if so, do you have any suggestions or a letter you have used. Thanks for any help.See More
